Fusion ceramics.

I got a request for some "vegan" bowls that incorporated my other (wonky) style. At first I was a little hesitant because I thought it would just be too much. But they turned out sweet. So be on the look out for more fusion work...

Michigan bound.

Dinnerware set going to Michigan (well, almost, I still have a few pieces in the kiln...fingers-crossed) There is something soothing about making a dinnerware set. Especially this one, the glaze choice is so subtle and tranquil. And I think it is really great that people appreciate and want handmade objects for everyday use.

So hard to say good-bye.

I have been working on a order that is bound for Spain. It has been really fun to make custom stamps for the logo. (Translation: The April Kitchen...how's that for a great name for a vegan chef!) However, all good projects must come to an end and this one is near completion. Just thought I'd share this teapot and tumblers, because I like them quite a bit.
